Evatic 9.0 is the latest version of our service and contract management system

Evatic is a flexible and multi-functional service management system that supports critical business processes at each stage of the customer journey — including contract administration, invoicing, field service, help desk, installation, stock, reporting, and after-sales service. Evatic is the leading field service system used in various industries across Europe. 

We are thrilled to announce the release of Evatic 9.0. Based on feedback from our valued customers we have developed several improvements on the platform.

The first release focuses on three main areas: boosting first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction, improving planning capacity, and enhancing the user experience with a new and intuitive user interface. Later this year we plan to introduce the new improved map module, a simplified search engine, stock scanning and mass management for contracts amongst other updates. 

With a raft of new features and improvements, Evatic 9.0 positions businesses at the forefront of the digital revolution. Here's what's included in the first release. 

1. Remote-First Field Service Workflow

Our marquee addition, the remote-first field service workflow, redefines the way Evatic users interact with their customers and engineers. Key features include the ability to:

  • Remotely diagnose issues
  • Record the faulty machine
  • Direct customers through real-time pointers
  • Share information in real-time with other engineers

2. The New Planner

Evatic's new planner provides a more intuitive and efficient way of allocating tasks. Key features include:

  • Drag and drop function
