Nick joined Asolvi in September 2023 and brings a wealth of senior leadership experience to Asolvi honed through rare blend of senior leadership roles across top tier consulting (5 years at McKinsey & Company), start-ups and scale-ups (President at EF English Live; CEO at Accel-backed start-up), and blue-chip corporates (VP Corporate Development at O2/Telefonica).

Nick’s specialities include leadership, strategy and accelerating profit generation and has been directly involved in both buy-side and sell-side M&A activity across multiple transactions ranging from sub-$50m to $30bn.

Experienced Private Equity CFO focused on bringing value in growth and change scenarios. Particular experience pre- and post-Private Equity investment.

Broad M&A experience, recently part of two successful exits, having experienced four in total and involved with multiple buy-side transactions.

Wide ranging sector exposure most notably Technology and Fintech.

Leadership roles in start-ups as well as companies with £300 million balance sheets.

Mathew joined Asolvi in 2022 bringing a wealth of diverse leadership experience, shaped by a unique career spanning the military, law enforcement, and IT operations. Initially developing expertise in security, communications, and tactical operations, advancing to roles where he led high-stakes hostage negotiations and training programs, later transitioning to IT.

He has since managed technology infrastructure for organizations of all sizes, overseeing operations for businesses ranging from 10 to 6,500 employees. Now, as COO, he applies his leadership, operational efficiency, and problem-solving expertise to drive the success of Asolvi. Mathew’s specialties include Team Building, Increasing Efficiency and Cost reduction.

With a background spanning tech, fashion, and creative industries, Kristina brings a fresh, people-first approach to HR—balancing strategic insight with genuine care for employee wellbeing. Her commitment to culture, communication, and continuous improvement helps power Asolvi’s innovative and market leader spirit.

Managing Director – TIVApp

Armin joined Asolvi in early 2021 through the sale of his SaaS company to Asolvi. Since then, he has reorganized and merged several companies in the DACH region and taken over operational management. He is now responsible for the growth of the TIVApp product and leads all related areas. His passion for technology and strategic thinking have enabled him to not only lead but also inspire teams, achieving sustained and remarkable business success over the last 20 years.

Antonio has over 25 years of experience in business management and software development . He founded Binary in 1997 and created key solutions such as Protecnus and iTestor ERP.

Before joining Asolvi, he led global business development, establishing strategic agreements with clients in multiple countries and driving the Binary international expansion, opening subsidiaries in new markets and the formation of highly local productive teams. His expertise encompasses leadership, software product creation, and managing high-performance teams, with a focus on scalability and sustainable growth.

Max joined Asolvi in September 2024 as MD of Herwig, where he is focused on driving growth and scaling the local entity. His career has evolved through roles in software development, consulting, presales, and sales leadership, giving him a diverse skill set and broad expertise. With 16 years in SaaS, including 11 years in B2B sales and 6 years in GTM leadership, he brings a comprehensive leadership approach and a strong cross-functional perspective, enabling him to tackle challenges and drive growth effectively.
