Bueroboss Franchise Chooses Evatic As The Solution Of Choice

Bürologistik GmbH & Co. KG is a central service organisation for 24 small and medium sized specialists in the office equipment and supplies industry. Under the common umbrella brand Bueroboss, the group consists of more than 350 employees and 15 partners.

At the end of 2018, the Bueroboss group signed a comprehensive license agreement for Evatic from Asolvi Germany GmbH. By mid-2019, four Bueroboss partners were operating with the Evatic system.

Mr. Dirk Ohlmer, managing director of Bürologistik, explains:
“Bueroboss partners have used Evatic for a long time and are very satisfied. We analysed several software solutions in Germany and found that Evatic offers the most suitable concept for our service and contract business. The new license model from Evatic enables us to host the software from our headquarters on a single SQL server system and divide it into separate companies. It is a viable and fair solution, allowing our Bueroboss partners pay-per-use billing (devices, service orders, orders, etc.). Evatic already had an interface with Tosca which helped confirm we made the right decision.”

The Bueroboss group was looking for a software solution that would meet their requirements, including:

  • A standardised implementation and configuration for all locations (cost and time effective)
  • Optimal connection to Tosca
  • Simplicity of integrating Bueroboss partners
  • Uniform reporting and benchmarking options

“The entire operational part of the migration and implementation of Evatic, as well as the interface to Tosca, was conducted by our partner EBS Solutions GmbH, who accompanied us every step of the way to signing the contract. Mr. Ketil Johnsen, Managing Director of EBS Solutions, explained the project plan and the advantages of the standard evaluations and the KPI dashboards which were also implemented for Bueroboss.”
